Covers up to 50 protected devices per organisation (fair use).
Included: anti-virus & anti-malware (NGAV), vulnerability assessment, device control, hardware inventory, remote desktop, and monitoring & reporting — self-managed through your own GDS Africa cyber-protection console.
Not included: cloud backup, EDR/XDR/MDR, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace backup, and advanced RMM/DLP — these are available as paid upgrades from GDS Africa.
Duration: provided on an ongoing basis at no cost. GDS Africa may modify or discontinue the Free Tier with 30 days' notice. Accounts with no protected devices for 90 consecutive days may be deactivated after prior notice.
Support: self-service; assistance via GDS Africa support on a best-effort basis.
Registration is subject to review and approval by GDS Africa.
